Hi 3WD,
I had actually sent my email before I read Jonathan's and I am kind of liking
his the best too. Although reading Scott's email just now about - "the
ability to consciously create laws" I thought he made a good point. I like
how "the laws of laws" captures the knowledge of the laws but I am not sure
if it captures the ability to manipulate laws. Maybe- I have to think about
it. I think you probabably just have to infer that knowledge will lead to this
ability I guess.
Sounds good,
Erin
which in this context I look on as the ability to
consciously create laws, hence (as Erin notes) it is
about freedom.

>Erin-the laws of freedom
>Jonathan- the laws of laws
>Platt-logical consistency or math and logic- Say "the laws of logic"

>philosophy of laws" which I would expect to then include "the laws of
>logic", "the laws of freedom", "the laws of truth", "the laws of good" etc.
