First, I must defer on your allegation that time moves forward. As an
"eternalist", any statement that I make would be an "apples to oranges"
response to applying any direction to the movement of time.
However regarding light, I wish to direct your attention to recent
experiments that have proven that light can be stopped. Does this mean that
your constant can be zero? Please clarify! See
