Better to say that it is contingently true that without absolute knowledge we cannot be
certain that absolute truth exists.

We can't. But this is a bit like trying to disprove the existence of God. As I've said there
are certain absolute statements of fact but these tend to be trivial. And we can have
extremely high degrees of certainty, but this is still not absolute.

And for anyone who considers laws of physics to be absolutes then consider how these
'laws' are often completely irrelevant at the extremes of our knowledge. E.g. nano-
seconds after the big-bang and in and around singularities (black holes). And we havent
even covered the idea of the 'end' of the universe.
