3WD, Rog

Excellent my friend an elegant explanation, I have never been able to get a
foothold on this topic before, one of the reasons being it just doesn't make
sense

I cannot think of any reason why apparently chaotic systems exist, this is
because, i believe there are root patterns for most everything, the fact
that we can't see them or are not aware of them , does not mean they don't
exist. But your diagram and explanation below have enlightened me a little.

Now, something which has been concerning me for many years is this, as in
your diagram we view all the universe from one standpoint, that of being
aware of only our 3 dimensions. Our whole experience of life is limited to
this....

Imagine a piece of paper with a dot on it, you are this dot and your whole
world ( universe) consists of the piece of paper you are on, you can go this
way and that way, but that's it.. now somehow you are raised above the piece
of paper, and you see your whole universe from this new 3rd dimension,
up...astounding, suddenly it all makes sense... if we apply this to your
model, we see we need to be able to view it not only from the top, but from
the side as well, now we see how the elements relate to each other more
clearly given two viewpoints.

What I think we need to understand chaotic systems is an ability to be
lifted off of our own piece of paper!!

Impossible I suppose
