Because human intelligence is based on the previous levels of biology and
society, AI would not be human intelligence. Although the computers would
have limited acces to culture (although, we all know the internet is a
small and somewhat inferior part of culture compared with face to face
human interaction), they would have no acces to biology. Despite the level
of immitation possible, AI would be fundementally different. The idea that
logic based computers can achieve human intelligence is based on the
assumption that human intelligence is based soley on logic and reason, an
assumption with which i dissagree, especially in the light of MoQ. I see
AI as a new patern of static quality, a new level, with a fundementally
different nature.
