Elliot:
Idealy for the intellectual level this sould be the case. However, it
seems society has its own agenda of domination. Domination was an
admirable achievement in overcoming the biological impulses of various
species, however it becomes a hinderance now because society cannot
differentiate between bilogical thrats to its exsistance and intellectual.
I stand by my post about the Doctrine of human rights, in which i said:
"[human rights are] a compomise, a consession made by the social level to
prevent the Intellectual level from reducing it to the bare essentials.
The term "right" illustrates that inherent in "human rights" is society
first, then individuals later if there is room."

Basic human rights do not stimulate individual responses to DQ. having the
right to freespeach does not make one think freely. the realm in which the
stimulation of individual responses to DQ would take place is education,
where it is obvious static indoctrination is taking place and not DQ. Thus
societies role is soley for "protecting individuals from physical harm
caused by germs, both the
natural and the human kind", which is in effect, protecting itself. Self
preservation is priority #1.
