I don't feel the need to make that comparison. If you
feel there is some similarity, that is good enough for
me.

A "criteria for progress" would be useful. A metric
based on "the number of new people sick with
depression per day" might be a good yardstick. I read
that depression is on the increase ... so I guess ...
in the West ... the answer to your subject-line
question is "No". I cannot speak for Bhutan though :)
