Davor,
I mentioned the political thing in relation to Heidegger because
philosophers like Nietzsche and Heidegger are often reviled because of
their political preferences, rather than their philosophy. People like
this would then follow through with the inference that the Chinese, because
they are reading Heidegger, must be becoming more like him politically.
I was just pointing out that this isn't necessarily the case. After all,
you did ask what people thought.
