Hi everyone,

I find myself agreeing with Horse and Platt: Quality, Judgement and Morality
all go hand in hand - at least that's what I understand the MoQ to say.

On the other hand, I do have some empathy for the antijudgemental position,
as argued by Erin and others, so here is my attempt at some sort of
synthesis:

To judge based only on preconceived (static) ideas or generalizations is at
PREJUDICE.
To judge according to the spirit of the moment (dynamic) is fickle and
whimsical.

I think that both ZAMM and Lila put the case for balance (Classical +
Romantic, Square + Hip, Static + Dynamic). Anything else tends to be
unreasonable.
