the only way to shed our SOM armor is to go insane and let go of "it all"
for a little while, not thinking at all of "avoiding" anything.
let's not turn with our tails down and run from SOM. like all static
patterns, SOM has value and as far as the limitations of humanness, it is
all we humans have to think and to communicate (to pass on our thinking).
i think that the Metaphysics of Quality puts SOM in its place, and that's
all we need, really. we do not have to invent and understand a new
language. we do not have to avoid SOM like some nasty disease. increased
awareness through the eyeglasses of MoQ is enough to "take us" beyond SOM.
our understanding of "the greater picture" is enough to move us out of the
stuckness of SOM. remember, even though our concrete "thinking" is bound
to SOM, our dynamic minds are NOT subservient to the same mandate,
necessarily.
shoot, SOM makes sense unless it is the ultimate mentality that we use to
reason and ponder. only then do we find platypi lurking around certain
corners. the Metaphysics of Quality presents a finer "ultimate mentality".
Once discovered, MoQ puts everything nicely in its respective pile of
sand. ...even SOM, and even itself.
