First of all, Welcome. coming out is a risky proposition here and i can see
you have observed and analysed the Lila Squad very well. so, think of it as
a process of gestation. i think the very points you address show DQ at work
in you.
i found the abbreviations confounding at first and im sure i still dont know
all of them.

as to your point about each of us finding something which strikes us, i
think you are right. and for me, this is the dynamism that will keep the
squad alive. but we need to strike a delicate balance: too much rigidity
will stifle its creative input while too much disorder will create confusion
and discourage understanding.
