<< 1) Quality is an event or experience.
2) Dynamic Quality is the conceptually unknown part of the quality event. It
is the cutting or front edge of experience. It is the source of all.
3) Static quality is the wake of this quality event or experience. It
includes
subjects and objects (things), memories, maps of reality, customs, etc.

Roger this is a very good definition to use within the MOQ. You are
definitely on the cutting edge of the creation of MOQ.
A lot of the time I keep comments and posts to myself because I don't have a
systematized concept of MOQ. Many of my thoughts seem "off the cuff" and mere
criticisms of a idea I know little about. But I also depend on these other
posts to develop the MOQ to me. I've only been a member of this dicussion for
a little over a week and already I'm ready for us to talk about other topics.
You got to start somewhere and I hope we can take your definition as a start
to move on to something else. This posts are extemely important to encourage
thought about DQ, but is that all we are trying to accomplish. Creating a
definition of Quality must be the one of the first steps to the creation of
MOQ. We can argue the definition but lets add a purpose to the discussion.
