The way I'm defining Intelect it DOES follow static patterns

technically you are right. but the moral force of value it follows is not of
creation but of dis-creation when force of value is taken into account.

Intellectualism is the ultimate static thought system.
Whereas: Instinctive Mind is the zone of FREEDOM...
a chaotic Freedom that need not be pursued!

own subjective/objectivity and i mis-worded my thoughts. words are difficult
things to work with. perhaps its more clear if i say the social level
remembers while it is the intellect that forgets and this can be equated
with the left and right sides of the brain, respectively, in most people
that is.
