I have heard a similar parallel between the Nietzsche
and the Pirsig. Except when I heard it Dyonisiac was Romantic Quality and
Apollonian was Classic Quality. My own familiarity with Nietzsche is
minimal so I can't comment on this but maybe it does something for you.
I just can't seem to get into this months topic, it's far too general. Oh
well.
I also think there are parallels to Pirsig in some Alan Watts stuff. I'll
check that out again too.
