Hi, John. Just dropping in. I think the mechanism is balance. Balance
allows randomness to function, followed by evaluation/awareness that
latches down valued new patterns.
It's interesting to me that although we all seem to think that
randomness is the common, background unplanned stuff in life,
situations that allow randomness are actually VERY difficult to achieve.
