    I accept that your enquiry was genuine. Please
    take note whenever you go to put a "but" into a sentence, the but makes your
    initial statement redundant. Either the person making the statement does
    mean to be difficult, or if they
    genuinally don't wish to be difficult either don't ask the question or
    re-phrase it. I haven't read that in a book anywhere, it's just been
    observation
    of myself and other peoples conversations over time.

    All I can suggest on the accessibilty level is that you read my posts and I
    would suggest reading Rudy's posts "Quality decisions" and "MoQ for Dummies"
    for a more eloquent explanation of what I'm talking about.

    As to the net gain point I would like to ask you, could you please tell me
    what you have got out of your "linear causility" debate with Glenn? Not
    what you've put into it but what you've got out of it. that may give me an
    idea of how to look at these debates more usefully.
