    Hello Marsha,

    Please forgive my intrusion...

Out of respect I feel I owe you an
    observation.

I do not know the source of hurt or the
cause or the origin, but it appears that
you are experiencing "stuckness" or in the
    Buddhist sense, attachment.

All traditions have some dark twist and
our most healthy response is to simply
    acknowledge those "archetypal gargoyles"
of darkness, deprecate them from our
current world and see more clearly what is
good or valuable as a source for finding
    or realizing the dynamic.

The existence of low quality, static quality
is not a reason to wholesale dismiss all of
anything, where higher quality can also be
    found.

At least for your own peace, release your
attachment to Christianity or Islam or
any "offending principal" and treat it as
you would matrix algebra or the machining
of platinum tools, that is to say, although
they affect your life everyday, you need
not waste the valuable time of your life
    in pain over them.

With respect... soar, as is your due.

    thanks--mel

A religion that holds only a male archetype to represent the Divine is
doomed to impotency, masturbation, degeneracy and VIOLENCE. This is in
spite of the feminine aspects accorded his son.
