    There is Dynamic Quality. A moral action is the action representing the highest value available within one of the four static levels, or one where a higher level takes precedent over a lower level.

    Compared to the Social SQ Level: religion, the higher Intellectual SQ level: freedom has precedent.

     I agree, but with this catch; A social level cannot deny the intellectual, but the intellectual cannot dominate the social. As opposed to destroying the religion/culture, improving the culture/religion is key. I may be wrong in this, but religion is a key factor in any culture. Just completely trashing a defunct culture and starting over is a grand idea, but completely destrying the culture leaves it open to more DQ than it can handle.

    I might change your quote above to "[an exclusive] Religion is lower value social static quality.
