Marsha) Okay, a theistic religion with a personal God such as Christianity,
Judaism
and Islam.
Hi Marsha,
I think we can agree here with no problem. My major concern is that a
religion, or religious belief not be exclusive; these are. There can be no
'personal' God, as the same God or Creator would need to be applied to all
religions. I personally like the idea of 'The One' as well as 'Nothingness'
and the Source as it does not label, or define an infinite, but to limit
Quality only to these would be exclusion in itself.
I feel the main consideration might be that God does not offer an ego to a
person or group of people. The Torah, Bible and Quran must be recognized as
interpretations of the same God, as well as the Nothingness, The One, and
the Source.
My point would be that you do not convert these people to a better Quality
idea by telling them their religion is wrong; you must show them how what
you offer has a higher Quality. As opposed to denying their God, you must
show how their God is the same, such as in the Source.
This, to me, is not pretentious as it is true; it is just another way to
look at the monotheistic. It works with the MOQ. The MOQ does not need to be
exclusive; not if we 'desire' the MOQ to be accepted. The Buddhist and Hindu
do not need to be converted, as they already look at the world through the
MOQ view.
What you think?
