From what I've heard of Bush's speech I agree with the sentiments concerning
Freedom completely. As you state correctly, the notion of freedom is a
great American ideal. I think the problem with Bush's sentiments is when
you start working out exactly who are the "tyrants" (i.e. those who promote
fear and war) and who are the "decent and tolerant" (i.e. those who promote
love and peace).
