This is what I thought you meant the first time. I was just expressing MY opinion about "Goddess", that I didn't have the interst anymore of "gendering" the Mystery and prefer a nongender word (e.g., Quality) It offers more flexibility in my opinion.
I am recalling this from a vague memory so I'm not exactly sure of my facts on this one but I remember an author (think it was Ursula Le Guin) talking about how the Japanese (or maybe it was another Eastern language) that had a genderless pronoun and that she wished English had it also. So I was just saying that switching to Goddess for me wasn't escaping the habits of the male vs. female Western mind and that for ME what was challenging my Western mental habits was not gendering something that I thought was "all encompassing".

Erin, I could have used the word God, or Deity, or Turtle. They all
represent cultural archetypes (SD). What I was trying to say was that
beyond language, idea and logic, everything is IS.

Yet on a everyday, ordinary, in-the-language, human level, I am quite tired
of the God-the-father archetype.
