I agree that democracy is better than totalitarianism. I do not agree
that the only "fully-realized human beings" should be allowed to
vote.
It suggests a super race.

As I've stated a number of times, my concept of the moral society
includes freedom from physical and psychological impediments which
prevent the emergence of fully-realized human beings. In such a
society all voters will be fully-realized and fully-informed.
