Ah, yes, when all else fails, roll out the fear of gulags and Leninism. If
you think the MOQ places your and mine acquired wealth at a higher moral
level than the life of your and my neighbor, make that case.
We had already agreed that the MOQ places "access to information" and
"public lands", not to mention a publicly paid for educational system, at a
higher moral level than personal wealth (in our agreement that taxation
should support these things). You didn't roll out the "fear Marx" scare
tactics then, could it be because these benefit you personally? While
helping your neighbor gives you personally no material reward? Just curious...
And we had been making such good progress, and now we are back to
scare-propaganda. :-(
