    Hello Marsha, Jos. May I add my two cents?

    I was told that pain, our pain, is something we either
    transform or transmit.
    It's one or the other. We either transform it and in
    the process become
    transformed, or we transmit it to others and then they
    have to deal with it.
    Ouch!

    This has been my experience as well.
