    I don't recall this idea of "biological" quality... I was led to believe
    that quality acts at all levels but doesn't change "type" as it does so.

    I agree that "terrorists" act at biological level, but I suspect they do so
    because they see no other way to act.
    Perhaps because of ignorance, perhaps because of desperation.
    I also suspect that the need to act is not exactly a biological urge, but
    perhaps a social one, if not intellectual.
    I disagree with the methods used... by both sides.

    To make people wrong is the beginning of every conflict, regardless of the
    political side the "judgement" comes from.
