So now I have to qualify every statement I make with "some, sometimes, in
general, generally speaking, almost always, broadly, largely,
predominantly, typically, etc., etc.?" If that's the case, what about your
statement that "You see an argument as an opportunity to join in on one
side of a fight." To avoid your own definition of "filthy rhetoric" you
should have said "Generally you see . . .'' because I can cite examples
when I've agreed with one side or another of an argument.
Sorry, Ian. Your critique doesn't wash.
