Can't without a lot of scare quotes, but more or less, yes. Since, in
getting deeper into it, I say that DQ and SQ are a contradictory identity,
one could say that DQ expresses itself through SQ, and that SQ expresses
itself through DQ. Or something like that. Or that all there is is
expression, which we can see as being the contradictory identity of the
dynamic and the static (or of continuity and change, etc). This last is how
I prefer to state it, not wanting to privilege DQ over SQ.
