    Dear Mark,

In many ways I agree with you.  After attempting to study Eastern, then Western philosophies, I was delighted to find ZMM which offered a new perspective on both.  For me, MOQ has a dynamic, mystical undercurrent which works well to bring East and West together.  It amuses, and annoys, me to see those who want to destroy it's most valuable asset.  But lately, I too have been deleting unread much of the chatter that expresses too much intellectualization and not enough knowing or understanding.   I do appreciate the MOQ, but mostly I paint.

I always read DMB, Ant, Paul Turner, and there are others.  I liked Mr. Spears strange performance art.  I try to find threads which enhance and expand my understanding of Mr. Pirsig's brilliant perspective.

    Marsha
