    Glad you liked it, yes I've read some
    stuff like that about Tarnas's views, but
    his book, bar the last chapter, is not
    way out and historically well informed
    and wide ranging. I would recommend
    also reading Charles Taylor's Sources
    of the Self as well for balance -Taylor
    is more interested in the sources of value.

    The interesting thing about the Tarnas book
    is the reading is given from the perspective that
    dualism is something to be overcome, very interesting
    to MOQers I think.
