    Hi Paul MOC

    Yes, I would expect that before MOQ
    we had SOM rationalist and after MOQ
    we get a new critical rationality, one that
    recognises that disorder/flux comes before
    order, that the ground of reason is experience,
    that reason based on the construction of SQ
    is a reduction of experience which then
    enables a construction of a complex realm
    on SQ, particularly intellectual SQ. Make sense?
