Hi Ian and everyone,
Another word of welcome to Ian; the more the merrier,
I just wanted to say about the MF forum that, after a year long sabbatical when I've had lots of
time for posting messages, I'm about to move house and start a new job, so I'll be cutting back.
I've been wondering whether there was interest in reviving the MF list amongst contributors here?
(Without wishing to concentrate too much on my own thoughts, I know of at least three substantial
responses to my 'eudaimonic' thesis, and it might be an idea - as it gets a bit esoteric - if that
discussion moved across in a more structured fashion - and it would also be time limited).

"Phaedrus is fascinated too by the description of the motive of 'duty toward self' which is an
almost exact translation of the Sanskrit word 'dharma', sometimes described as the 'one' of the
Hindus. Can the 'dharma' of the Hindus and the 'virtue' of the Ancient Greeks be identical?" - The
Eudaimonic MoQ says yes. "Lightning hits!"
