I met the Pirsigs (Wendy and Robert) in October 1994 when ZMM was
translated to Norwegian (about time!). He was as usual bombarded with
interviews and questions from journalists who (as usual) made a mess of his
ideas and was a bit tired from all this, but we spent an evening together in
their hotel lounge and had lunch the day after. Anthony McWatt has also
met him and so has one Luke Markve who visited this site some time ago
(Luke and I have also met)
