    Right. More specifically, they said that the legislatures can make laws
    based on morality if they want, they just can't deprive anyone of life,
    liberty or property in order to enforce those laws. That is, you can't put
    someone in jail just for being "immoral" in the eyes of the majority...
    especially when they're doing it at home.
