Steve:
I said that he is a Democrat based on this from p17 of philosophy and social
hope:
"[There is a cultural war between] those who see modern society as
fatally-flawed (the people handily lumped together as 'postmodernists') and
typical left-wing Democrat professors like myself..."
He also often comments on how the conservatives hate his philosophy and the
liberals hate his politics. Do you know what is contrary to typical
leftists views in Rorty's politics?
Any thoughts on the questions I asked before about Darwinism and pragmatism?
