Sam, Matt,
Matt, I know it's just a slogan, but one of my themes is "Many a true word
spoken in ... jest / analogy / aphorism / slogan / etc.") Delete or add as
necessary.
The essence of this slogan is that MoQ (Quality) **IS** Pragmatism (what
works)
Just a re-statement of the same slogan. But, hell, it's true :-)

What's the difference between 'it works' and 'it has quality'? (Is there
any?)
Matt:
As philosophical slogans, none.
