One obvious choice that comes to mind for teenagers is "Sophie's World" by Jostein Gaarder which is 'A Novel About the History of Philosophy'.
I thought it very readable and clever in the way it combined narrative with some good philosophy. The only real faults is its standard (negative) view of the Sophists and no reference at all to ZMM or LILA. Anyway, considering it shares both these criticisms's with the "Oxford Companion to Philosophy" that isn't bad going.
