Harmony is about "seeming" to be right in the same indefinable way that one
senses "quality". Almost by definition from the musical root of the word it
must be "subjective" to a SOMist, even if it could be retrospectively
explained in "objective" terms. Key thing though, as with objectivity
itself, the rational explanation just satifies an innate (subjective) need
for rationale, but is (can be to a Pisrigian) no more objective than
quality.

Hi Ian and all,
I try to stay away from 'subjective', 'objective' considerations. They put
me in a bad place.
IMO Harmony indicates to me that I am touched by a 'vibration'. I am a
resonating sounding-board. A new wave forms in my attention. I have a new
vibration and I can influence the initial movement. What I am from a moral
point of view consists of waves of inorganic, organic, social, intellectual
vibrations. Organic, social, intellectual orders are waves in different
mediums, influenced by a common wave in the inorganic order. And I am
supposed to make sense of all this? The mediums of purpose, love, quality
are worthy! Can there be only one song?
