Here, I turn pragmatist. The idea of "uncovering truth" presumes
intellectual knowledge is there to be recollected, as Plato believed, or
in more recent terminology, presumes it is there to be discovered. When
intellectual knowledge is seen as something to be created or invented
then the idea of "uncovering" truth is no longer appropriate.
