    Are you complaining? As human beings we're forced to work so we can have
    food, shelter and clothing which unfortunately do not drop as manna from
    heaven. Of course, YOUR CAN CHOOSE NOT TO WORK and go on
    welfare in which case somebody else has to work to keep you from starving.
    Or, you can relieve the burden on others and preserve a semblance of
    personal dignity by refusing to accept a handout.

    As my grandfather use to say, "If you don't work, you don't eat," a truism
    that most Americans in the Victorian age took to heart and helped build a
    prosperous, free country.
