    Well have always thought that there is some element
    of gtruth in most sides. The use of the MOQ is the levels
    where we can try to decide what is of high value on one level
    and retain it whilst successfully moving up to the next level.
    Conflict is usually this failure to move on successfully.
    So what is conflict according to the MOQ?
