To Leland, I too like the phrase about the truth. sometimes it seems almost
as if its not strong enough. As if the truth bears down on us from every
direction and dimension, present in virtually everything. We stand with
fists clenched and eyes shut tight refusing to give up the little prisons we
have built ourselves. It must be frustrating for those who can see and try
to teach. Religion can be a prison, but it can also be a key.The same is
true for both science and philosophy. They all seek answers to the three big
questions how: who/what: why. How was the universe created. Who or what was
responsible. And for me the most intriging question, why? Science deals in
the how. Religion in the who, philosophy in the why.--Steve P.
