"My question...among a billion more to ask!...is WHY do we (humans) always
have to label? You say that if you chose to disagree with a religious
doctrine then you are an atheist. What if you're not "anything" in
particular? Is this possible to just follow life and listen to all
perspectives, taking little bits of all of them? Then what would you be
    "labeled?"

I don't know that I in anyway admitted the need to label. In fact, I tend
to try to break away from traditional definitions when possible so that I
can see it more dynamically. I did make a rather blanket statement that
people of religion would label me an atheist, this is something I cannot
control. Since I do follow life and try to listen to all perspectives,
taking bits in pieces of them I guess one would label me an agnostic. That
is after all what I am. I too have a problem with the "labeling" issue with
humans, I guess I define it more as judging. When you think about it though
what would we do without labels? It's just another form of expression.
Unfortunately, some get so attached to these labels (judgments...whatever)
that it spins there life into so many static patterns that they do leave DQ
    behind.
