So, in Cosmotheism, Timothy McVeigh would be regarded as morally
bankrupt, and not regarded as a hero, or saint, or one of the
Awakened Ones? Someone to be despised and driven out of the
"Community?" Not held in high esteem?

    No.
To clarify, in Cosmotheism, there is no moral justification for
    murdering innocents.
However, in Cosmotheism, there is a moral justification for killing
    those actually guilty of murder.
Does this now answer your question to your own satisfaction?
