    Hi Joe

I would like to see some quality built into
the relationship between voters and their
    representatives. How should we choose
someone to represent us? I would like to
see a more complex system. People should
get together with other people of like minds
in small groups and select 1/2 people to
represent them. Those selected should then
seek like minds and again select 1/2 reps
from that group, until we get down to a small group
of ultimate leaders. At any time the nominating groups
should be able to call back their reps to ask them to
account for their choices and actions, basically so
you get a much more dynamic structure. If quality decisions
are happening you get few recalls, when the reps go astray
they get called back and easily replaced. Any good?

    regards
    David M
