After giving it a little bit of thought, fairness and morality
have a complementary relationship to one another in one
sense .
Fairness seems to have a comparative notion of the
treatment of one's self or another in relation to still
others and/or by others. Biologically or socially.
Morality seems to have a more internal referent that
guides the self's actions towards others intellectually.
Morals developed socially, when dynamically engaged
intellectually become a powerful internal small-q quality.
thanks--mel

Subject: MD Vennal Quodlibet of Fairness and Morality
To all:
We've all heard kids say "it's not fair!" (and have most likely said it ourselves). But does that mean that "it's" not Moral? What is the realtionship between Fairness and Morality? Any thoughts?
p.s I'm short on time, which is why the prompt is so short. Hopefully people's responses will be longer and more comprehensive. : )
