Dan,
I spotted the below on your website concerning my PhD thesis and would just like to thank you for your kind comments in this regard. Academic feedback is nearly always negative so its heartening to hear something so positive.
Also, thanks to others such as Mark Maxwell who have bought the thesis and provided a number of helpful corrections which will be incorporated in the final version.
Finally, for those still thinking about purchasing a copy, I'm extending my two for one offer for another fortnight.
Best wishes,
Anthony.

Topic: Life
I've been reading Anthony McWatt's new MOQ PhD Thesis. Wow! Now I understand how meticulous a person must be in putting together a document. My own efforts with LILA'S CHILD pale in comparison. I rather feel as though I should pull the book off the market and work on it for another four years but I just don't have the time now to do it.
Then again I should think my intentions are not in accord with Anthony's intentions. I'm not working towards an academic degree. That's not to say I have no interest in doing so, I only mean to say that my purpose in putting together LC was more I suppose you could say fortuitous circumstance than anything else.
That's also not to say that I don't care about the quality of the work, I care deeply. It could be though as an old friend of mine once pointed out to me that those who have an institutional education may already possess requisite skills that are required in an undertaking such as putting together a books that I simply do not possess.
Still, I look upon my involvement in the LILA'S CHILD project as more of a work of art. It's true that the project was quite an intellectual challenge as well. No one could tell me how to put the book together; I had to figure that out for myself. Perhaps the book could be better. That's what revisions are for I suppose. I keep telling myself that I need to work on some revisions but the work is so involving I have to wait until I have a good six months to a year to really get into it again.
Anyway, as I was saying before my digression, I highly recommend all those who have an interest in Robert Pirsig's work and the MOQ to check out Anthony's website.

Why do I bother?
Hi Dan,
I ordered a copy of this tape from the site you say is out of date. If anyone else does the same thing perhaps they will let us know of their experiences?
All the best,
Mark
