Hi Platt,
Your recent post was really interesting, thanks for your thoughts.
You requested our thoughts so here's mine:
I see at least two arguments as to why the MoQ would not be of a
higher level.
The first one is plainly because we can comprehend it, intellectually.
We recently discussed the levels' awareness of other levels and as
James said: "A level resists higher levels because it is unable to
distinguish it from lower levels" (I'd like to add " or DQ" to that,
James?).
The second argument is a comment to your words: "For further evidence
that the MoQ is the next level up, consider that the lower levels fight
against it". This doesn't mean that the MoQ is of a higher level.
Different patterns within the same level can have as vicious fights as
patterns of different levels, just look at communism vs. capitalism.
I'd say that the resistance against the MoQ is one intellectual set
of patterns resisting another.
Looking forward to your comments,
Magnus
