I believe what is meant by this is specifically that a meme is a type of
referential feedback control loop. Huh? You know: a thing, any thing, that
changes its behavior in response to its external environment in order to
achieve a more positive outcome. This thing can be a species (evolution) an
organism (learning) a corporation (Total Quality Management) a group of
Scientists (empirical methodology), an idea (meme(What is a Hegelian
synthesis but an evolving Meme?)) or even a Router (q-learning).
This is my 3rd post of the day. I'm pushing my limit. I could go over the
limit and see what happens. If nothing bad happens, but something good
happens, I might go over my limit again. Of course, I could just go too far
over my limit and be banned from the MOQ. If more people do that, the MOQ
will gradually evolve into a discussion group of few "over-the-limiters" and
many "over-limiters."
There is just no limit to what the Quality concept can do for us.
