I think personality models are a rather fraught area and it is not possible
to say that a wholly satisfactory model has ever been developed. However,
the general consensus, as I understand it, is that Keirsey's model has been
superseded by five factor models of this kind:

But I can't say I've ever found a personality model which I ever felt to
describe me very well.
