I just cannot believe that you have said that. I certainly did not give my permission! I said at the time that I would give my
permission IF you properly referenced each post. You didn't. Therefore I didn't give it. Plus my understanding was that this was a
website not a book. You have never even asked me for permission to use them in a book!
